KVKK Privacy Notice

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we have prepared this notice to inform you about how your personal data is processed.

The Turkish version of this text is legally binding.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Ayrelli Ltd. acting as data controller.

2. Personal Data Processed

Through our platform we process identity information (name, surname, TR/TRNC ID number), contact information (phone, e-mail), location data, transaction history and reviews.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed for establishing and performing the service contract, customer support, platform security, fulfilling legal obligations, and — with your explicit consent — marketing communication.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with service professionals quoting on your job for service delivery, with authorised financial institutions for payment processing, and with public authorities where legally required.

5. Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected through registration forms, platform usage and cookies. The legal bases for processing are performance of the contract, legitimate interest and explicit consent.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, and to request erasure or destruction.

7. Right to Apply

To exercise your rights under KVKK you can apply in writing to kvkk@ayrelli.com or reach Ayrelli Ltd. by registered mail. Your applications will be answered within 30 days at the latest.

8. Data Retention Periods

Your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised once the purpose of processing ceases or the statutory retention period expires. Transaction records are kept for 10 years as required by law.
