Terms of Service
These terms apply to all customers and service providers using the Ayrelli platform. By registering on the platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Scope of the Service
Ayrelli is a digital intermediary platform that allows customers to post jobs and service professionals to send quotes on those jobs. Ayrelli is not a direct party to the work contract between the parties.
2. User Obligations
Platform users are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Misleading profile information, fake reviews or directing payments off-platform will result in permanent account suspension.
3. Payments and Fees
Customers do not pay to post a job. Service providers use credits to send quotes. The platform may deduct a service fee from completed transactions. The current fee schedule is available on the account settings page.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
A refund for unused credits may be requested within 14 days of purchase. The party cancelling after work has started may be liable for compensation depending on the situation. Please contact the support team for details.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ayrelli cannot be held directly liable for disputes between users. The payment protection offered by the platform applies under specific conditions. Ayrelli's liability is limited to the service fee paid in the transaction concerned.
6. Intellectual Property
The Ayrelli brand, logo, platform design and content belong to Ayrelli Ltd. Users grant a platform-wide usage licence for the content they upload (photos, reviews, etc.).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Disputes are first attempted to be resolved through mediation; otherwise the courts of the TRNC have jurisdiction.
8. Changes
The terms of service may be updated with prior notice. Continuing to use the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
